Now in iGEO, you can create a quick work order with just one click from the Planning. Speed and agility when addressing emergencies are crucial.
This quick work order that is created is without cost, and will be reflected as a Notice type.
How do you create a quick work order from the Planning?
It’s very simple, you just need to access the Planning module and click with the mouse on any empty space of the employee to whom you want to assign the service.
Instantly, a window will appear where you will have to input the data that make up the work order:
- Customer
- Site
- Contract
- Service
- Date
- Duration
- Technician/s
These are the basic details needed to create the work order.
If more than one technical colleague is required to perform the service, you will be able to select as many as needed from the list.
What other options can I include?
In the lower right corner, you will find the blue “More options” button. From there, you can indicate a series of less relevant data such as:
- Confirmation status (proposal, pending confirmation, confirmed, or rejected).
- Leave an internal note.
- Choose which template you want for the certificate for that order.
- Whether the service is with cost or without cost. (By default, the Order is of the Notice type, meaning, without cost).
- Areas of the installation.
What happens if the service is performed by a subcontracted company?
In the first screen, there is a check in the lower left corner that allows you to select this option and choose the subcontractor to link to the work order.

In such an agile and simple way, you can create a Work Order without having to access the client’s file, the contract, and create the work order.
At iGEO, we work so that you can optimize your work processes every day.
